AFS was only on 10-13 models with HIDs.
Do you have anything to pull extended codes like Techstream or OBD Fusion/Link?
Have you removed the height sensor in rear or lifted vehicle in anyway?

Yes, it has been lifted. I bought it that way.

Rear leveling sensor could have been removed our out of adjustment. That is just speculation though without pulling codes.
Was the height sensor removed?
