I drive at about 6000ft and so I use regular gas... could this be the problem? Just did the 90k service and changed all fluids as well. I was thinking about going to autozone/ advanced auto to see if they would pull the codes can they?

Pretty sure they can.

I have a Auto X-ray unit, when I bought a new laptop without serial port I talked to their tech support people about updating their hardware. Looks like someone listened. They are offering a web based service now, where the equipment is a lot cheaper, and you can pull the info off their web site for a fee. Save paying to update the data base in the hand held everyyear.

I know that Kragen, Checker, Shucks will do it for free. The thing is they hope you will buy the failed component (sensor, switch, etc) from them while you are there.

But depending on weather or not your other car is OBD2, it may be worth while to purchase one.

Ok so here is the code that I got...

Advanced Auto Parts did it for me.
DTC Code:
P0155
O2 Sensor Heater
Circuit Malfunction
(Bank 2 Sensor 1)

So sounds like a bad O2 sensor they wanted
$144 for the sensor and $60 something for a generic one.
Is this a common problem for a 99' with 95k miles?
Should I just call cruiserdan and get it from him?
