Hi all
Can some one please tell me what parts of the leaf spring give vehicle hight and which ones give weight . I have terrible slant on the rear leafs L/H side even after I removed the lift kit it's roughly one lower on the driver side. For the front side it's not that bad but took the car out for a trip this weekend to the beach and that side was the one that kept on bottoming out on the fender

Shop to get it off the floor to make wheels drop and chk the distance btwn arch and rim this show justify if its suspension or body slant

So in theory if I add one or two leafs flat ones at the bottom of the pack I should get the same ride hight plus it won't drop as much when loaded ?

Ok I see the combination of it all sorry wasn't thing right for a few minutes . Ok so if I wanted to increase the load barring of the leafs with affecting the hight what leafs would I need to put in ?

Yeah I thought that but as I'm trying to run 285x75 at stander hight . When the car isn't loaded its perfect no problem with rear clearance I just need to increase the load baring of the leafs slightly nothing too dramatic that I don't comprehend the drive quality .

I'm facing a small dilemma when I removed the leaf spring I forgot to mark the left and right and . Now what to do is there a away to tell the dif btwn the l/h and r/h what woul happen if I did put them in crisscross ?

no problem, you can switch side to side with no ill results as long as it is the same leaf length and thickness.

Thanks crushers top man thanks for the help on this topic .

Still facing a problem a I rolled the car . The car seems to sit one inch off on the rear left side I mean it never did prior to the flip even put in the stick suspension to see what was wrong but still so suspension is not the problem does anyone have a clue what to chk next I'm thinking the body mounts or bolts
