Anyone changed the plugs in their LC200 themselves? The passenger side plug closest to the firewall looks like a PITA and I was curious how other people went about it.

I changed them on my Tundra, and recall it being a small bit of a pain, but it was a few years back. They need to be changed on my wife's rig... that will be happening in the next couple of weeks. so if you have not done them yet, i'll have a refresher to share.

I'm thinking a flexible socket extension would be helpful.

I'll be hitting 100k in the next few months, so I'll be looking forward to your write-up, @bjowett .

It should all be doable with simple hand tools. You will need some different length extensions and universal joint. Also, a piece of rubber fuel hose or something similar to get the new plugs going by hand. You may need to temporarily unbolt the metal heater pipes from the back of the valve cover/head to get better access for that spark plug closest to the firewall on the passenger side. A little bit of anti-seize on the threads is not a bad idea.
