Central AR area meeting - March? (1 Viewer)

Let's try to get together around the first week of March.

I'm pretty open to location, and even the day. Does a weeknight work best, or should we try to do a weekend day?

As for agenda, we need to discuss the Ramble coming up in June. Lance, Scott, and I are going to need some help between now and then, and during the weekend of the Ramble. The items we're hoping for help with the most is 1) vendor callbacks for raffle items, 2) decent photographer or a decent camera and I'll take pics, and 3) probably something else between now and then. ;p

I think if we did it on a Saturday more people might be able to attend. Especially those out of town. However, It doesn't matter for me.

I should be good with March. Weekend or week nights are fine. The drive from Russellville for the last one wasn't bad. I've got a good camera to take ramble pics with depending on if I'm available to go this year. Would need to ride along with someone as my rig still isn't ramble worthy...

I don't think it's a bad idea to have more than 1 picture taker.... I know i am the worst about taking pictures and it seems like when you have one photographer you get pics of 1 group of trucks as well..... Just a thought

No one is signed up for 2014 yet. The site is still closed from 2013. You're good.

Which area? Little Rock, Conway, Russellville, or ?

I suggest Conway on Sun 3/9.

And what works for a regular meeting? Once a month? Quarterly? I think we need to decide on a date and place and stick to it each interval.

Russellville would be great but I'm down to drive to Conway if need be. My schedule is probably more clear during the week vs weekends. Especially with warmer weather and crappie fishing about to fire up...
