Center Diff Light Not Working?

2007 LX470 center diff works fine but the light does not come on. Dealer wants $590 to replace the bulb. Has to pull the dash apart. Does this sound right?

Absolutely ridiculous. I pulled my cluster to swap all my main back-light bulbs last week it took 15 minutes to remove, replace bulbs, and reinstall.

EDIT: I just Realized you said its an 07....maybe it is significantly harder. But still seems ridiculous

I will do this and see if it fixes it. Thanks.

atnolan94, if the switch doesn't fix it, I will pull the cluster. Didn't look to hard online. Remove top column cover and a trim piece above that.

its almost certain the switch replaced mine and now I get the light when engaged. little tricky taking out old though
