CDL not engaging, no light. 99 Lx470

I am looking at a 99 lx470 that just had the transfer case replaced and the CDL does not engage not does the light even come on. Truck has 190k miles. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Sometimes the light doesn't come on - engage and drive in a tight circle.

It doesn't engage at all. I tried it every way possible. I have a 99 cruiser and have never had problems with it.

Are you sure it is not engaging or is the light just not turning on?

I'm pretty sure it's not engaging. Ride doesn't change at all. Tried it in H and L.

My LC clicks when it engages and the light turns on then clicks when it disengages and turns off.

Might be the sensor on the transfer case.
I have a similar issue but haven't had time to look at it.

They could have forget to connect the wires after the tcase replacement. There is a simple connector that goes into a switch right on top/side of tcase
