CDL does not completely unlock (1 Viewer)

Has anyone had issues with the CDL not completely unlocking? Mine will lock, but when it goes to unlock it hangs halfway between lock and unlock. The motor is moving and will go back to lock. However, it does not completely unlock. I can pull the motor and reset the shift fork and it will work for a little while. 1994

After you pull the motor assembly and set the internal gear to either full lock or full unlock, you should cycle the motor with a 9 volt battery. This assures that the motor and the shift fork are in sync.
