So I found out my 2005 has 4 Cats, does anyone know if there's any legal performance replacements that's bolt on for Cal.? I talked to MagnaFlow, their state legal ones require some cutting and welding and I think it's factory replacement.
 
I installed a new cat bolt on on my 99 cruiser, passed the last smog no problem I'm in California. See photo for info.
