I’ve moved to the country and had to get a daily driver that was better on gas mileage so it’s time to let this one go. I believe that I’m the third owner, and it’s always been a southern truck, mostly in GA but maybe some time in TX. NO RUST and non-smoker vehicle!!! Passes GA Metro area emissions. Timing belt replaced at 184k miles.
It has dobson’s lift/suspension, extended control arms, method wheels, 1.25” spidertrax spacers, practically brand new renegade radar r/t tires- 295/70r17, very first custom made hidden winch mount from big slack offroad, badlands 12k-lb synthetic rope winch, extra large yakima roof rack with napa 6x6 awning, and amazon snorkel…oh and of course, replaced the heater Ts too. This model has a working heads-up nighttime display that projects on the windshield in front of the driver and also the rear receiver hitch that is in the bumper. A/C blows cold, heat works great, heated seats work too.
Always used premium gas and synthetic mobil1 oil, all other maint done by great shops in ATL area including ACC, Merriam, and Greer Automotive. She drives great, but I was working remotely and now I have a 90mile/day commute so she’s not getting used at all. It was a basic LX when I got it then I added extras discussed and shown in pics. To my knowledge it hasn’t been taken to any challenging offroad spots except Hurricane Shoals Trail in NC (one time), and it has been on a few muddy roads at hunt camp. Snorkel functions well but water has never been above 75% of tire height.
Unfortunately, here are the negatives; rear passenger window works intermittently, same with speedometer…sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve replaced most of the interior lights with led so that triggers the light icon in dash. ABS, VSC OFF, and VSC TRAC lights are also on, but truck drives as normal. Missing small section of paint on front passenger fender, leather not so good in typical wear spots, small scuff on right front fender (coverup job with not so perfect paint match), typical light scratches on paint and a little paint splatter on rear fender from wet paint on highway.
I’d like to get $14k and can meet within 50 miles of Cartersville, GA. I’ll post pics of engine and undercarriage shortly.
