The semi-aniline black leather on my '12 is still the same after these pics I took last year or so

We had ecru on the 2016 and it wore extremely well. Here is a pic when we sold it. Not bad for 5 years...

That is pretty good. Not sure what my "leather seats" are made of in my 2010 but they are at least no cracks, just worn bolsters.
 
Driver's side is about the same.

There are two grades of leather for 2010-2013. Nuluxe didn't go live until 2014 models.

Your passenger seat looks pretty good for year and mileage.

Any suggestions on if I can increase durability or just condition it as usual?

I’m a slider when I get out so it’ll keep wearing and wrinkling.

Slider lol, me too never heard anyone else say it like that. It’s how I’ve warpped a cell
Phone too I think, in the back pocket when sliding out of the car.
 
I can get you the part numbers for new covers but it isn't gonna be cheap :)
I may tag you when I'm ready to do seat covers, but I can use them now, especially the drivers seat. 😝
