Well I hadn't run the cruiser in a while and took it out recently only to find a problem. I was sitting at a light and it quit running/wouldn't idle. Long story short, I finally got it home and saw gas leaking out beside the carbuerator.

What I know:
-cruiser won't idle
-it will run if I keep giving it gas, but once I let off, it won't run
I'm guessing it's just a rubber piece that has gone brittle and cracked, but don't know anymore than that. What is this thing called and how hard is it to replace?
