I went to a local car show today and when I was snapping a pic, what are the chances that an FJ Cruiser pops out from behind the trees driving down the road? To keep it tech, a friendly reminder to add a puff of graphite into your ignition switch! I decided to go for a little 2am ride a couple nights ago, and when I went to start my 40 up to come back home, the key would not turn. I keep a spare key hidden and after some effort, I was able to get that key to work and get home without walking or phoning a friend in the middle of the night, lol. After a puff of dry graphite, key works perfectly. You might want to do that for some preventative measures so not to get stranded because of course, things like this don't happen when it's more convenient, haha!

Dry lube doesn't get a lot of press, but yea graphite can be very good in locks.
I guess it can't find its way to the electrical contacts in there? (Its conductive obv).
