The Spring reservations for Canyonlands opened this morning and I got 3 nights on the White Rim trail March 26,27,28. Sites are for a max of 3 vehicles/15 people.
Probably depart on the 25th and camp somewhere between Rifle & Moab, and return on the 29th or 30th. Haven't figured all that out yet.
Intention is a relaxed family trip, 3-5 hours driving each day, lots of exploring, photography, etc. White Rim isn't very hard core as far as 4WD goes, but it's one of the more isolated areas in the lower 48.
Anyone interested? Cost would be a share of the $36 reservation fee and $5/person/day in the park.
