is this just me, but when I delete a post, it does not show any mention on my screen as having been deleted, but I'm told other folks can see a label of a post there having been deleted. This normal or a weird setting I should straighten out?

I used to be able to see, since I became a mod I don't see any mention of a delete or corrected post.
