Can someone tell me what this is?

Pretty sure this was a OE phone booster, or whatever the hell the old school "car phones" used.

I believe it was installed in all LX's, and has another component inside the lower passenger kick panel.

I pulled the rear headliner to weld up holes and have a mystery wire that I'm assuming is the end of this cable, where they'd drill the glass for the antenna. (complete assumption, since I don't have the LX FSM)

Fireguy's LX in the WTS thread has the dealer installed phone, and the location to the right of the center console correlates with the location of this cable.

I have this as well placed into my sliding rear window, I will use it when I hook up a CB radio, one day
