Hi Guys, It's been awhile since I'm back on the forum.
We purchased a new GX460 in 2017 and its time for its maintenance.
I ve attempted to remove the last spark plug on the driver side, but could not get it out due hitting against brake line" the metal one by the reservoir"... has anyone removed one before?
Also, we go the Denso OEM Iridium plugs and the gaps are all within .035 and I know it is not to spec..(.044) I think. Please Chime in.

Also check out the manuals section: GX 460 Manuals
There are exploded views that may help.

As I recall, I had to use a combination of extension lengths and maybe a swivel head to get in there. A telescoping magnet is also useful if your extensions separate or you lose grip on the spark plug itself.

I can't seem to pull out the 4th one, the coil out of completely, due to hitting against the pesky brake reservoir. But, yes I did look at the instructions on Club Lexus how to do it.
