Hi everyone,

I'm relatively new arround here but I'm having a big issue on my 2004 HDJ100L instrument cluster (part number 83800-60B30-A).
Basically the issue is that my instrument cluster gauges stopped working. The warning lights appear to be ok, but none of the gauges is working. First I tried to check if it was any eletrical problem, sensors, etc., but my mechanic told me that all the measurements were ok. Then, I tried to send the cluster to be repaired but no wants to try to fix it, including two Toyota Dealerships. I also tried to find a replacement part but I cannot find the exact same part number anywhere.

At this point I don't know how to proceed, the only thing I remember is to try to get a LX470 cluster (e.g. 83800-6D661-A) and swap it.

Does anyone finds this viable? Will it work? Do you know about other versions of the cluster that might also work in this case?

Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Did you try plugging in your VIN into www.partsouq.com and see if it shows a replacement/alternate part number? The part number you list above isn't listed on the site but you may want to try with the VIN.

I would search for Instrument Cluster shops in the UK.

Thanks for the help. I've checked on PartSouq and I have these two clusters 8380060B30 and 8380060B40 as a result.
Since my vehicle has VSC, do you know if it's mandatory to go for the 8380060B30 option (like described in the "Note" column)? Or could I go for the 8380060B40?

From what I interpreted from the bellow image in the PartSouq site, the only difference between the version with VSC and without VSC is the bulb marked in red. As such, if I'm seeing it right, buying any of the cluster versions and then putting the VSC bulb in the right place would work, right?

Thank you very much for your help!

I don't live there but I see a lot of instrument cluster related shops there..... and they have Diesel Land Cruisers there.
