Install faster motors

Bigger hp motors and change gearing

Then it might not be 9500 anymore might be more or less.


Then you need really good batteries e g. 120amps not tiny 70's

I would be shocked to know you could get this stuff like we can get for warn 8274's

E.g. a new warn 6hp motor fits a early model 8274 etc and makes it evil.

Gigglepin make different ratios and shafts for the 8274 . No other models I have seen upgrades for.

Pretty nearly impossible to change the gearing on a planetary winch, or at least not worth the cost. Get a faster winch if you need faster. The 8274 has spur gears and is a lot faster than a planetary winch, but it doesn't fit every bumper or mount.
