Installing Iron man fcp lift answer jba ucas.
Axle pretty steep angle right now is that normal?
I've had axle slip out of socket on a Polaris ranger b4...

The inner cup can allow the lobular bearing inside to slip out if you yank on it or if the angle is too steep. That said, a FCP lift should not allow for that to happen (I have installed several on GXes and FJs). Do you have the front coilover set with too much preload?

Yeah, my first thought was how high do you have them cranked? Do you have a picture? Generally, if the boot ribs are touching, it's too steep.

Didn't yank on axles, just didn't want to mess something up

Has a little tight spot when spin the tire at full droop, that normal with steep angle?

Thanks

too much preload for sure.

Yeah, looks like an awful lot of preload. How bad it is off the jack?

Set them at 9 " center of strut hole to flat perch as from metal tech. Too high?

Should have been set to near 2.5" from the factory.

When your wheels are on the ground, what is the measurement from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender?

From putting these on GXes, I would say you want roughly 50% of the preload you have on there. Back it down to half the threads you have showing and your problems will magically go away...and ride a lot better.

Just confirmed 9" setting from Chris at MT, that is where I'm at now???

Thanks, looks like better angle on CVS, could you measure center bottom bolt to lower collar bottom if not too much trouble.
