Can anyone tell me if their external vents blow out both sides evenly? Potential stuck vent causing leaks

I have a leak in my cargo area currently mostly in the rear right corner carpet. When I pulled back the interior panel on the lower side back there, I noticed water down in the area between the body panel and the interior trim. Basically the opposite side equivalent of where the jack is stored in the rear. I also did the soap test and noticed that air was coming out by the third brake light, so that is going to be replaced. From what I've read on here, leaks there indicate a leak in the third brake light, a leak in the seals under the vent window, or a leak in the gasket all around the rear cargo area, or a stuck external vent behind the rear vent windows.

All of this is to say that I want to be sure it isn't just the third brake light causing a leak. When I switch off recirculate and blast the AC, I notice that air leaks from the third brake light but I also noticed that when this positive pressure is happening, that the external body vent on the driver's side blows out a LOT stronger than the vent on the passenger side. For those without leaks, do you notice this as well? Just trying to narrow down all possible leak causes into that area and unsure if this is normal or potentially caused by a vent stuck partially open if that is even possible.
