Camber/Caster maxed out?

Hi!
First thread hoping for some nice input on my wheel alignment questions.
1990 Hilux ifs xcab

I was at the alignment shop after installing new tough dog torsionbars, shocks and leaf springs (2" lift but removed a leaf to get it more level).
He had a hard time getting correct caster and whats weird is that caster didnt change even though he adjusted the eccentric camber bolts. I really cant figure out why? if the lower control arm moves it should affect caster right?
To my questions:
1. The rear axle isn´t fully square with the frame so i guess that can affect the amount of adjustment you can get in the front if you want the wheels to be aligned- what can I do to get the axle as square as possible and against what should I take measurements?
2. One of the lower control arm bushings seems to be partially seized (springing back when trying to adjust to a certain degree). I will change that at the same time I try to correct the rear axle but what else can I do to get more camber? Would a ball joint spacer help increase camber to increase adjustment for caster (which is way to little )
1. Is there any options to increase adjustability like adjustable UCA for instance? Cant seem to find any=/

it's terrible good alignment techs are so hard to find.
you can still show cams in the meantime.

Ok here comes the pics of the cambolts, all taken from behind. Driver rear, driver front, passenger rear, passenger front.

The alignment shop said the rear axle would have to come forward driver and rearward passenger. See if you can make sense of it!🙏

And he said rear passenger springs back (probably rusted stuck to bolt) so he tried to match the angels as well as he could given that, combined with rear axle angle.
 
i don't really want to pass judgment without seeing the actual numbers, but.....
as a generality on a lifted ifs truck a lot of times either the rear cam is clocked all the way outbound or the front inbound like the one pic.
unless the rear is WAY TF out, it has zero do do with getting the front end where it should be. in fact it will only show up on steer ahead.

find a real shop.

get the rear springs dealt with, if indeed the thrust is off...
if you just did new springs, i assume you have new bushings etc. the rear should be square unless you maybe have a wallowed pin hole on the perch or damaged housing/frame....

I really appreciate your input Gnob. My plan is to measure rear axle against frame (ideal would be to cross-measure against rear camber bolts but its not really a straight path). Pull axle in desired direction, torque it down.
Then swap out LCA bushings and camberbolt to new ones to fain full adjustability.

Last I was thinking of perhaps adding like a 10mm spacer between upper balljoint and upper control arm to get a little more positive camber so I can maximize caster which was way off in this last alignment. Any thoughts on this plan?=)
