So I am in the middle of my build, I basically tore down everything on it to do the restoration and body work. One thing I did not document (thought it would be dead obvious) was the bug/hood deflector. Looking at it now I see the rubber weather stripping and all the hardware are pretty worn and need to be replaced. On partsouq/ hood schematic its showing two different weather stripping there. Toyota is telling me I need part #53381-60041, PT42735985BK bumper kit, PT42760980HW hardware kit.
Does anyone have an image from the underside of the hood so I can see how its all attached again. I would just leave it off but I had some rust behind mine (PO left pine needles filled in behind) and I am not super happy with the look of the repair, plus I kind of like it on. Thanks for your help!
