Looking at tires, going to a 265/70/R17.... Call me crazy but I'm leaning towards nitto's nomad grappler. I've ran K02's mostly in the past on my Jeeps. I live 6+ hrs on the highway from anywhere in the Rockies or Ozarks (Kansas). When we do get out to the national forests It's typically on extended weekends. I live on a gravel road and deal with the occasional mud, ice and snow.
I think for my scenario a crossover type tire makes a lot of sense as I'm 85% on the highway, paved or graded gravel/sand road. I'm guessing I'm about the only one shopping this tire market (BFG trail terrains are my second choice) but if anyone of you have this tire I'd appreciate your input.
