For sale 2006 Lexus LX 470 with 296,500 km in galactic grey mica.

This vehicle is almost identical to the 100-series Land Cruiser of the same model years. It has a 4.7-liter V8 engine with 275 hp and 332 lb-ft torque (40 hp more from previous years). Also, it has a 5-speed AT and updated center console controls compared to 1998-2002 model years (4-speed AT).

Very well taken care of with a lot of work completed since purchasing it in early 2019 investing more than $6,000 (I can provide a full list of the completed work and a copy of maintenance schedule service history. Also, I keep all invoices for parts orders and repairs and have a Motor Vehicle Record of Inspection report).

Replaced all oils and fluids (AHC, PS, SLLC coolant, brake fluid, ATF WS, differentials and transfer case) and replaced many items with Toyota/Lexus OEM parts following FSM (Factory Service Manual) guides and torque specs. Most of the work I did myself and some was completed at a local Toyota dealership (Charlesglen Toyota) and a local Land Cruiser shop (Pro-Active Automotive).

Highlights of the work completed on the vehicle:

• Repaired Parking Brake: Replaced Bellcranks, Brackets, Boots, Springs, Wires, Stopper Bolts (All parts
OEM)
• Replaced Center Exhaust Pipe Assembly (Bosal) (Completed at Charlesglen Toyota)
• Replaced Front Disk Brake Pads, Shims, Retaining Clips and Pins (OEM)
• Replaced Highmount Brake Light Assembly (OEM)
• Replaced Iridium Spark Plugs (Denso)
• Replaced Rear Disk Brakes (Rotors) (OEM)
• Replaced Rear Disk Brake Calipers (OEM, brand-new, non-refurbished)
• Replaced Rear Disk Brake Pads and Shims (OEM)
• Replaced Steering Rack Boots (OEM) (Completed at Pro-Active Automotive)
• Replaced Active Height Control (AHC) Fluid (OEM)
• Replaced ATF WS Fluid (Total of 12 Liters) (OEM)
• Replaced Brake Fluid (Napa)
• Replaced Front and Rear Differentials Oil (Lucas Oil 80W-90)
• Replaced Power Steering Fluid (Mobil ATF D/M)
• Replaced Super Long-Life Coolant SLLC (OEM)
• Replaced Transfer Case Oil (Lucas Oil 75W-90)

The following maintenance was also completed this fall:

• Lubricated Front and Rear Propeller Shafts
• Replaced Engine Oil and Filter (Castrol EDGE EP 5W-30 advanced full synthetic, OEM filter)

The timing belt and water pump were replaced by a previous owner at a Lexus dealership in March 2017 at 240,000 km. Next service is due in 88,000 km.
The DVD-based navigation system has the latest maps available for this model.
The original Active Height Control (AHC) suspension (The vehicle can be raised or lowered several inches).
Special WeatherTech floor mats for the front driver/passenger, rear passengers, and trunk.
Two original Lexus keys with keychains.
ACDelco battery group size 27F.
Toyo Open Country H/T tires.

All buttons and switches on the center console, dashboard, power seats, and doors are operational.
The moonroof tilts and slides fully. All power windows work.
The central differential lock and Hi/Lo mode work (Also, this is a full-time 4WD SUV).
The chassis frame is in good condition, has no issues and was cleaned from inside.
There is no change in oil level between oil changes nor coolant level.
Only use high quality 5W-30 full synthetic motor oil (Mobil 1 or similar) and fill with high octane 91 premium gas.

The vehicle is in Northwest Calgary, has active status and available for viewing.

The price is $21,500 CAD.
