I was told Tig can be easy for some to learn and others not, was it a steep curve?

Looks like you build the rig in full compression, makes sense to eliminate contact issues.

I have been tig welding about every day for the last year or so. Some people pick it up faster than others.

Yes the chassis at full bump. Its the best way to make sure you end up with the up travel you what.

The chassi # are

engine crank center line 28"
roof hight 73"
belly hight 20"
ride 7" of up with 14" shocks

not to bad for a V8 and portals

Nice puddling. Mine still come out really small, they almost looks like a continuous weld :o
