Anyway, even though I had an extra new pair to throw in, I decided to see if the Denso's could be cleaned. I rinsed them off well...then soaked them in dish washing detergent and very warm water in a 5-gallon bucket.

Laundry detergent might work even better on the filter fabric. But the "fresh scent" might be a little .

Good idea...and we use scent free laundry detergent.
