For Sale: 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser
Price: $7,500
Location: Walnut Creek/ Pleasant Hill
Background: The cruiser spent its first 3 years in Washington where it was traded in and eventually ended up at the Sacramento dealership where it was purchased by my family in 2001. It has rarely been used off-road and has never been in mud.
General Information:
Owned since 2001 (2nd Owner)
198,XXX Miles
Atlantis Blue Mica
Grey Leather Interior
The Good:
Timing belt, water pump, and spark plugs replaced at Toyota dealership at 178,000 miles
295/75/16 BF Goodrich AT/KO’s - 25,000 miles
OPOR Sliders – painted to match bumpers
Weathertech floor mats
Bilstein HD Shocks – 25,000 miles
865 Springs
Slee Diff Drop
12" Subwoofer with 670 watt amp
Factory Rear E-Locker
Scan Gauge II
The Bad:
There is a dent in the rear liftgate (backed into a mailbox in 07 that only made contact with the hatch. Hatch and license plate lights work fine. Dent is only cosmetic)
Scratch on front bumper (rubbed by a car during a hit-and-run by someone)
Door lock actuator on the drivers side front door does not work when the vehicle is hot (works completely fine in normal and cold weather). I have the motors purchased from jonharis but not the technical expertise to put them in.
Window button on passenger side rear door will not go down. The window itself works fine (full control with the drivers master control, as well as with a button from another window)
Paint has some pinstriping/ door dings. Interior has been worn with use. The vehicle is 16 years old.
There are some pictures that can be found in my original FS thread from a couple years ago found in the link below. The only changes have been the plastidipped emblems and the side trim has been painted.
