The snorkel is brand new and comes with the template. It's an ebay/chicom one. The hardware is taped to the side of the snorkel.

I sold the 100 a couple years ago so it's been sitting on my shelf unused.

I'm in the inland empire in socal and it's local pickup only. The box was lost and it would be too expensive to pack and ship.
