I'm replacing my LX570 with another LX570 which looks to be in fantastic shape and no accidents (reported). Few interesting things on it's carfax though, wanted to know what your opinions on them. All service done at Lexus dealerships.

14,000 Miles - Fuel Pump replaced (sold 5 months later)
30,000 Miles - Door check replaced
60,000 Miles - Cooling system hose replaced/drive belt replaced/radiator hose replaced/Radio replaced/serpentine belt replaced/thermostat replaced/transmission fluid flush

Maybe I'm being paranoid about all of them other than the fuel pump and radio replacement?

What year is it? I think some LX had a fuel pump recall. If you go to the Lexus owners web site and enter the VIN, sometimes there is more information on why repairs were done.

2019, ok that makes sense. Apparently there was a recall for 2014-2015 and 2018-2019. I previously had a 2018 and knew nothing about this, but maybe the prior owner had taken care of it and I missed it on the carfax. Thank you!

60k service sounds to me like one of those old school owners that takes pride in vehicle maintenance. Eg: fuddy duddy old guy (I'm imagining my stepdad) heard a squeak from the serpentine belt on startup one cold morning and took it in and had them do everything on the front of the engine as a "while you're in there" service. His past car was probably a LX470 with timing belt and water pump interval.

Dunno about the radio, but if it works, it works 🤷‍♂️

I bet “radio” is an accidental auto-replacement for the word radiator. That might mean more than just maintenance work was needed, but it could still be a “let’s do everything while we’re doing the belt” kind of thing. The ‘19 has the new radiator style, so it was unlikely a crack.

my 1/19 200 had the fuel pump recall as well. Done pretty early in ownership even with Covid.

Log into the Lexus owners website and plug the vin you’ll get an idea of whatever dealer service was done.

I think you're right, they also put new Dunlop's and a X2 Power AGM battery before putting it for sale 3 months later. Neither of those would be my first choice, the OEM Dunlops are pricey for what they are and I've read AGM's are the not best choice for our 200's but it was a pricey battery nonetheless.
