Buying a 150 sight-unseen. Do you guys see any concerns with the underside of it?

I'm trying to purchase a GX 460 sight-unseen. Do you guys see any issues with these pictures? I noticed in the first picture, one of the parts had "432" written on it. Not sure if that's factory or aftermarket and whether I should be concerned? Anything else you guys see, please let me know. Thx and sorry for the small pics - best I could get.

Looks cleaner than my 2011 that's for sure... That box appears to be near the center diff. I believe it's the 4L actuator? They can get stuck if not exercised for a long time. No idea what number means. You should try the gxor FB group. They are very helpful with this kind of stuff

Looks very clean to me. That black box on the Tcase is the 4Lo actuator. Mine has the blue writing on it as well - its normal.

Ya, I had them get 4 new Michelin's thrown on there. This is going to be an on-road only vehicle. Sorry boys.

Haven't gotten it yet. Probably another week until I do. Will update once I know.

How are you liking it so far?? Any issues??
Sorry for the delayed update:

I got really lucky on this one. I'm pretty sure the Acura dealership I purchased this from wasn't aware it was the luxury model. It's a 2015 that had 32,530 miles on it for $31,495 sticker price in May, 2020. The dealership gave me brand new Michelin tires. It had a scratch on the rear bumper where it appears a shopping cart may have hit it. Very minor. I paid the dealership ~$500 to repaint the rear bumper and fix that.

Aside from a few scratches on the interior driver door panel where somebody's finger nails accidentally scratched it, that you can only see with a flashlight on it, it appears to be a clean vehicle. I'm still a fan of the LX 470 over this one, simply because I prefer the way older vehicles feel when driving them (the steering, brakes, suspension, etc... just feels nicer to me on old vehicles - I like a bit of grit. The new vehicles ride so smooth that it feels like I'm in a simulator or something).

Congrats! Sounds like a good deal! Too bad with such low miles that you're just past the warranty.
I had the same with my vehicle, I purchased with just 32k miles but was just past the 5 year mark, just out of warranty.

Powertrain is still in effect (6/70) though. I was able to leverage that on my '12 as it was around 4.5 years old when I picked it up. My water pump started to leak at around 38k miles. Full warranty is 4 years/50k miles... of course certified changes things up as well but just talking new vehicle warranty.

Good to know Acrad! Fortunately I've never needed any repairs on mine. Has always run purrrfectly!

Acrad, there was a recall on the water pump, so Lexus handled that swap free of charge 2 weeks ago for us. You were probably never notified about this since yours was handled under warranty and likely swapped out with one of the newer ones. Just my guess anyways.

There is a recall on Secondary Air Pump though for 10-13... never seen anything related to water pump on these vehicles though.

This has gone from a warranty extension to a recall.

Can you look at your paperwork and see if there are any recall #s or special service campaigns? I keep apprised very closely anything 460 related but this could be one they are keeping under wraps too.

I have a 2015, so not sure if applies to you. I'll have to get back with you on the recall # as I don't have the paperwork in front of me right now.

Found it on the Carfax Report: NHTSA #20V012 and Recall #20LB01 SAFETY RECALL 20LA01 (INTERIM NOTICE 20LB01), MULTIPLE MODEL AND MODEL YEARS - VEHICLE MAY STALL DURING DRIVING AT HIGHER SPEED

That's actually the fuel pump recall for '14-'15 models
