Those leaks are minor; looks like the mess I had before I fixed all my leaks. When my HG went I resealed the timing chain cover, both oil pans, replaced front crank seal, and oil pump gasket on my back, but its now 100% leak free. You should do due a preventive HG job since it has the original and fix everything while your in there. I would buy it.
