D, that's a Smittybilt bumper-- XRC version IIRC.

Polytech or Synergy made a similar as well. I'll try and find it for you.

Thanks J... that one is too pricey for me. I also found the Southco A7 latches for $20 shipped. i think i may go that route... otherwise just a good old fashioned burly T-bolt.
