Anyone have CAD plans for a 100 series / LX470 front bumper?

I am fortunate to have access to a shop with a CAD plasma table and a CAD router table, and I'd like to build a front bumper with a possible rear bumper down the line.

I'd prefer aluminum to keep the weight down, but am open to steel if it's a good design.

I'm willing to pay for a good set of plans but have yet to find any, free or otherwise...

Hey there! I am new to the LX470 community and have 3D CAD and engineering skills - I'm fluent with solidworks and used to run CNC mills and lathes at my last job. If anyone wants to collab and sketch some things up, I can generate the 3D CAD and the 2D flat pattern. If you want to check out my current project, you can find me on IG: @FUSOFG4X4

Did anybody ever draw up any plans for a front bumper? The issue with the Coastal Offroad scheme is that most people that can weld can also cut their own steel, so it feels needless to drop over a grand on bumper pieces that you can manufacture yourself. Looking for plans rn, don’t really trust myself to come up with something as good or better than anyone else lol.

This is actually on my list for this summer (I know, that's a long way away). I've recently bought a solid 3D scanner as well so I can capture the body contour lines & (ideally) come up with something that looks nice.

That's exciting, I'm considering getting super caveman with it and building a cardboard bumper to cut steel off of. Hopefully can weld something structurally sound off of that.
