Bumper cover retrofit

The front bumper on my LX has gotten pretty pitted due to stone chips, bugs, etc., and the guy at the body shop told me it might be more cost-effective to replace the bumper cover........my question is: do any of you know if a new-style LX bumper cover (2003 - up) will retrofit to my LX bumper (98-02)?

That's a good question, that I don't have the answer to. I'm just chiming in to say take a look at the ARB Sahara bar if you're gonna be dropping a significant amount on the bumper anyways.

I've thought about that also. Once I find out about the interchangeability of the newer-style cover, I'll make a decsion.......anyone?

Have you seen the Smartbar.

I like my rock chips. I call them beauty marks. Except for the few with rust, still working on a fix for that.
