I've decided to put up a winch on my 90 and have the Aisin1000 out off an 80 series.
Since the 90 does not have chassis horns like that of an 80series, I need to fabricate my way to it & I have chosen the K4 hidden mount to be my guide.
I wanted to know what are these bump stops for ? Are they only crumple zones or do they trigger the air bags in any way.
Would cutting them off disrupt anything ?
Not to worry about the wires you see going in on the 2nd pic, they are that of the fog lamps.
