Trade Built 97 LX450 for FJ40

Hi all,
After much deliberation I'm about to post my beloved "Nomad" for sale in the 80 section. I'm posting this ad prior to my ad in the 80 section to see if anyone here is interested in a trade of some kind.
As with all, life changes and needs with it. I have a Tundra now and looking for a vehicle my wife and I can enjoy on the weekends.

In short, I am in the market for a 40. Having seen other want ads I can narrow my preferences down to just a few:

1. Good body. I don't mind a little rust but not really interested in diamond plate either.
2. Interest in mods is case by case. I intend to build the truck on my own as it were but would definitely be interested in mildly built vehicles. Steering away from engine transplanted vehicles for now I think and imported ones as well.

As for my 80, full build details will be loaded as time allows this week when I post it for sale in the 80 section, but I'm listing the truck for $14,000. I would be interested in trades up to 20K for a good 40.

Not sure how serious I could get. I have a wife and 3 kids that would have input. I miss my 97 40th. $20K is the very low end for my 40, all-in.

Let me know if interested after looking at pics. Definately a resto-mod but has rebuilt/bored over 2F, split T-Case and H55F 5-speed transmission.
