built 3rd gen for sale (updated)

Well, this is kind of hard but I guess that that's the way it goes with projects like this...

I have a 96 2.7 liter, 5 spd, for sale.

I'll provide a link to a partial build up list...

please no negative comments about something you don't like (ie slider design, roof rack, etc).

have reciepts for all work done
stock 2.7 puts out 150 hp (3.4 puts out 180 and is heavier) and w/ the upgrades I'd GUESS it's around 170-175 hp
135,000 miles
rebuilt head that was cleaned up for better flow to increase power (at about 123,000 miles, bottom end looked good so I didn't touch it).
header
intake
flowmaster exhaust with custom piping from headers back, had it dumped over the rear axle.
budbuilt front skid
toytec ultimate lift with upgraded 5150 rear bilsteins w/ resevior and diff drop kit
2-7" hid lights
2-4" hid lights
tundra 16" wheels with 265/75 treadwrights
1.25 marlin wheel spacers
sport hood w/ scoop
high lift jack (red and black of course)
axe/shovel (red and black of course)
4-jerry cans
bajarack custom full length roof rack w/ tire carrier mount, axe/shovel mount, highlift jack mount, 2-2 jerry can holders, rear door ladder (that has been curved to follow arch of rear door and holds me @ 250 plus), lightbar, and water proof light wiring harness.
custom front bumper w/ skid for radiator area
custom rear bumper
custom sliders
Recon 10.5 winch w/full recovery package bag of goodies
pioneer stereo
pioneer and polk audio speakers
alarm w/ power doorlocks
manual windows except for rear window which is power
new paint
new tint
custom mount points on front bumper for towing
bluox towbar that mounts to tow points and slides into reciever of hitch on tow vehicle
has stock 4.10 gearing and no rear locker, that was my next upgrade (already have price and shop lined up, was gonna go 4.88 and aussie locker)
interior is grey w/ tan limited edition leather front seats (due to needing new seats when I bought it and these were cheap short term replacements)
got 18 mpg on the 5 from sacramento to oside on our last trip up to lake tahoe in august w/ it being fully loaded

I think that's all...just ask (either pm/post/or email) if you have questions.

Asking Asking 8,750 for full setup, 8,250 for full setup minus lights.
Located in crescent city, ca.

Thanks for looking.

sweet 3rd gen!

What kind of MPG do you get?

I'm not a huge fan of the slider design or the roof rack but.... :D

Just messing with you. That is one of the nicest 3rd gens I've seen. My best friend, not a car guy AT ALL, has a red 3rd gen that he's let go to crap (changes oil about twice a year, and paint is oxidized to all hell) so it's nice to see what a well cared for one can look like.

Best of luck with the sale.

Thanks. yeah, it's been a process getting it to this point but I enjoyed the build.

This is a great looking 4runner, did it sell? I'd like to see a better shot of the front bumper if thats possible. You did a fantastic job!
