I know time is worth money and all for home built tools, but i bought this eBay Motors: New Sandblast Cabinet Tool Air Compressor Sand Blaster (item 200311202203 end time Feb-23-09 17:21:01 PST)

I did a few things to make it better. First I assembled it with silicone between all the parts to seal it tight! Yes they all leak if you don't.

I bought a Home Depot vac on sale, it was a small model and I think I have only cleaned it once in 4 years. I run the hose under the garage door when I blast.

I also bought a hardened piece of glass for the window when I destroyed the first one.

I also have several cheap magnetic trays to help hold small screws.
