The only upside to this COVID thing is that I have been able to get more productivity on my FJ40 build than expected. My goal was to complete/restore at least one item per day, but over the past week, I have been getting much more than that. Small parts, but nonetheless, getting it done...
For instance I was able to refurbish my Con-Ferr Axe/Shovel Mount as well as the Con-Ferr Roof Rack Brackets.

Looking great! I've been cleaning and painting a lot of similar doodads over the past few weeks too. Extremely gratifying.

I would love to see how you do it and what you do along with before, during and after photos.
Thanks. I will do a better job of taking “before” pics. The steel they used back then is superior to what we use today. These old parts clean up pretty nice.

I think you can do it. I did it for mine. Go to the first page of your thread. Click the three ... under the page numbers and next button at the top of the page, click edit thread, select the build tag.
