Bubble sounds from my gas tank?

What is going on?

Sometimes when I turn off the engine I can hear bubbles from inside of my gas tank.

Every once in a while if I have a full tank and I turn off the engine and park, a few minutes later gas is coming through the gas cap and draining down the side of my car. ( I do have a new gas cap )

Lastly, today when I turned off the engine I heard a whistling sound coming from my gas cap, when I remove the gas cap a tremendous amount of air blew out from within the gas tank.
