2006 Toyota Land Cruiser, 171,7XX miles. Clean title, title in hand, clean Carfax. VIN: JTEHT05J862086212. Selling because I have an expanding family and no longer have room to keep this and my 200 series. I have meticulously maintained this vehicle, performing the following maintenance during my ownership (I purchased it at 89k miles):-
Timing belt and water pump @ 167k miles
New radiator @ 167k miles
New CV axels (Toyota OEM) @ 150k miles
2.5 in suspension lift kit @ 135k miles - adjustable shocks (Tough Dog foam cell shocks and associated components, imported from Australia)
New front control arms @ 120k miles
New rack and pinion steering components @ 120k miles
New passenger side seat heater @ 100k miles.
New steering wheel electric motor @ 100k miles.
New stereo @ 100k miles.
Full synthetic oil ever 5k miles.
Everything works as it should (including the 6 CD changer!
). There is no body rust. The undercarriage is in good condition - about the average of most 20 year old vehicles. The paint is showing age (given that its about 20 years old now). There is a paint scrape on the front bumper, driver's side. I always intended to get an ARB bumper to complete my build, but never got around to it. There is a small dent (paint unaffected) in the lower half of the rear tailgate. It is only noticeable from certain angles.
Interior is in very good condition. No rips, tears, etc. in the seats. Never smoked in. It even smells good. Steering wheel and dash are in excellent condition. Third row seats are included and in excellent condition.
Powerful V8 engine (the 2006-07 models had 275 hp, 40 more than previous 100 series Cruisers with the addition of VVTi) Full-time 4 wheel-drive, low range. Very good condition, clean Carfax - drives and rides tight. The new rack/pinion made a big difference in the drive feel - it is much better than most older Cruisers. The upgraded suspension is substantially better than stock AHC. It's also much better than an Old Man Emu lift, etc. (I've ridden in 100 series with OME lifts). The adjustable rear shocks are very nice if you ever need to tow or go offroad (firmer for towing, softer for offroad). I've never hard core off-roaded it as it was my daily driver. I would prefer to keep it, but I do not have space for it with my 200 series.
