Hell, I feel like the doorman at Hotel Cruiserfornia, most days, while dancing while playing 'musical bays' with the 'guests', so occasionally removing NOS parts out of +30 year old boxes, admiring, knowing full damn well I'm not REALLY going to install them, seems the lesser of the evils.

At least a parts addiction consumes less space, affords some degree of plausible deniability, negating that recurring question,

'How many of those things do you have?'

....and I'm 'young' in this, yet seasoning beyond early spring with this affliction, so I've little doubt your hoard would fatigue the faces of even those in late fall of theirs, that have seen most all, from the constant, ear to ear, chit eatin' grin.

Take no offense, but upon news of the fire, my first thought was the parts!! (obviously, you posting was indicative personal condition....and stated tongue in cheek, regardless'.
