I accidentally ordered the DBA tundra front rotors for my 11’ lx570 through slee which states they work for the 16-21 LC, will theses still fit without any modifications?

No, you need the larger caliper. That and some mild drilling.

Blessing in disguise, pick up a set of Tundra calipers and some brake lines and do the upgrade, there's a thread here that guide you through it, awesome awesome upgrade!

And don't forget the bolts!

That depends on which year Tundra calipers he gets, 2007-2015 Tundra uses the same M12 bolts, 2016+ they upgraded to the M14 size bolts.

Or get 16+ cruiser calipers, drill the knuckle, and use the existing brake lines.
