While stopping normally the brakes kind of pulse. I say kind of because it's more like they grab and then release. It only happens during the last 100 feet of stopping and there is no vibration under normal stopping. It seems to be getting worse, more prominent grab/release.

I think it has been mentioned before that this is a sign of the rear rotors being warped. The search I did came up with wraped front rotors. I thought someone had mentioned this before, but I couldn't find the post.

I recall the GM dealer (yes, the PO traded it in for an H2 :frown: ) saying that they did a brake job for me. I'm assuming this meant a rotor resurface. I'll be insepecting them tonight to see if any of them are warped. I'm assuming that if I spin the rotors I should notice a warp. Anybody have a more scientific aproach?

If you don't have an indicator you could mount a pin or nail to lightly scrape the rotor surface as you turn it. I'll be obvious where it's scraping or not, might give you an unscientific idea of warpage.
