Trying to connect some brake lines on my 85 ute. Due to swapping from rhd to lhd I have to be creative. Was wondering what the consensus is from those in the know if what I have should be good or do I need to add a mount where the flex lines are attached to the hard lines. I hope the pictures are clear enough and understandable as to how I have these lines connected without a solid mount at this connection. The bottom picture includes a hard mount that was used on the BJ70 that I got the brake lines from. Thanks

It would be awesome if you could get that BJ70 mount added and then get the hard lines to end up in the right spots within it.
I myself could never get that to happen in 1 Million years.

I would add something generic like these from McMaster Carr. Wrap around just below hard line connections.

Probably because I still can't properly operate a cell phone. Try link below.

You really need flexible lines between the body where the master is mounted and the frame and the axle. All of those parts cycle when driving the truck.

FWIW, the 100 series goes 3+ full coils... but maybe because the chassis is wider.

That is not copper, right?

I can dig through my piles and see if I have anything that might help. I have been saving brake line mounts from parted out rigs for years.

What bender did the 360's?
