I'm planning to flush the brake and PS fluid pretty soon here, so I've been trying to figure out the fluid capacity of each. The consensus has been about 3-4 qts. on the PS. But can someone tell me the approx. brake fluid capacity?

On the brake fluid-get yourself a quart bottle of NAPA DOT4. Tha's more than enough to flush very thoroughly. Flush/bleed yearly.

PS-I don't think it holds anywhere near 3-4 quarts-maybe 1 at best. I think the advice is to flush 3-4 quarts through the system. There was a good idea posted here recently, not sure by who, but flush completely with good quality but inexpensive ATF like the Chevron DexIII from Costco. After it's flushed, flush a last time with Mobil 1 if you want to go synthetic. That way you arn't flushing the the expensive stuff right back out of the system.
