Use RED locktite like the spidertrax comes with with ANY spacers. Clean the studs with rubbing alcohol first or putting it on is pointless
 
Red loctite will be tough to deal with if you have to remove on the trail. Blue loctite (sparingly). Loctite also affects torque values consider 5-10% less on final torque value.

The spacers can stick to the hubs and be a pain to remove. Be prepared with a removal strategy for trail repair if you need to remove the flange to disconnect an axle.
 
Loc-tite not necessary. Never used on our last 470 and do not on our current 570. This comment from MUD lifer Tools in the 80 forum..."I would never use loc-tite on any wheel lug, makes retorque check worthless, cant detect issues. If properly installed, clean, flat mating surfaces, properly torqued, there is zero need for loc-tite." Comes down to personal preference I guess.
