Front Axle Bolt/Stud is part number: 90942-02053

There are some very old threads out there in the 40 & 60 series sections on finding extended / longer wheel studs for those that don't want to use wheel spacers (those only looking for .25" to .5" of space versus and inch or more longer in length necessitating wheel spacers).

Has anyone found a viable solution / part number that has the same Knurl & Shoulder as 90942-02053 that is a .5" to .75" longer?

I guess there is a Aussie company "Nice Products" that makes a product as well. But is there anything here stateside that is comparable?

The only other viable solution I've seen is get the Gorilla Lug Nuts (part numbers #68138 or #41138ET)

I used longer Dorman studs when I did my RDB conversion; same knurl and same thread diameter and pitch as OEM. These are available at any parts store.

These studs have most those desired dimensions except the shoulder length is shorter than the OE studs. They would probably fit but the Nice branded ones would fit better.

@hoser, thanks for that. I did see that bolt on the other discussion thread. hopefully ARP will step up their game one day and make a similar bolt with the correct shoulder length with the Land Cruiser owner in mind. But probably wishful thinking.

I don't think there is a large enough market for them in the US. I'd just call nice products directly or get one of our friendly Aussie members to ship them out.
