I know a guy with a 60 that wants some rust repair. Has anyone had that kind of work down around here that could recommend a shop?

They could try that paintless dent repair place on Candelaria, about a mile E of I-25. They also do that type of work.

You might try Prestige Body on Central down by Wyoming...I always used them when I got rear-ended (4 times in 5 years:flipoff2:). They do good work and I think some of their guys do custom jobs. Plus the owner has a black 4Runner.:)

4 times in 5 years? Was this a retirement plan or what???

;)

I never got hit that hard...just enough to get a new bumper and some bondo. It all stopped as soon as I put the custom rear bumper on :skull:

give me a call i have the landcruisers for sale on central , i do rust repair

thanks mike 505-270-5820

Duke City!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They painted my FJ40 hard top and it had picked up some rust in storage. They used oxalic acid or whatever it is to neutralize it in the cracks, use good paint- and GAVE ME A LIFETIME WARRANTY on their work, and they were the ONLY shop that'd take on the project.
Tell Steve I:cool::cool::cool: sent you. He has a really nice 55 that was his dad's that one of the guys on this list has been trying to buy off of him-
They are on Yale.

So you know: Prestige is OUT OF BUSINESS. Danny sold the place, and retired. At Karl Malone, we refer all of our business to Bodyworks by R&C on Central and Juan Tabo. I don't think they usually do rust repair- just collision repair...

My rust guy is in Tooele Utah, awesome craftsman but he's 600 miles away. This is the guy who did my Challenger and cut my truck in half and made it a crewcab.

Duke City Body on Yale just re-finished my 80 for me and it is beautiful. Steve Casaus is the owner. They do not move fast but they do nice work.
